New Patient Appointment

We are always happy to accept new patients! If you are a new patient to our office, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early so that we can receive your Medical History, personal contact information and any Insurance information prior to your appointment time. Please bring a list of current medications and the contact information for your family physician and any specialists. If you have had any dental x-rays taken during the past 12 months please bring a copy or provide your previous dentist's information when calling to set up your first appointment so that we may request them, preferably at least 5 days prior to your appointment.

After you have completed your information for the Front Desk one of our Certified Dental Assistants will bring you in to our treatment area. For our New Patients the dentist prefers to have the CDA take a series of dental photographs and relevant digital x-rays if necessary depending on your particular situation. This information is for our records only and Dr Hehn will go over the images with you during your New Patient Examination. Please allow for approximately 2 hours with us for your New Patient Exam if you are booking a cleaning appointment as well.

Please note that we do not call to confirm your appointment once it has been booked. We require 2 business days for cancellations or a fee may be charged to help offset our overhead. 

Our current hours are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8-5, Wednesday 11-7

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Direct Debit, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
